Welcome back to snacking with Seeta! I just got back from Singapore a month ago and really pumped that I could bring this one home! ‘Cause you see, there’s a shortage happening across Singapore right now. I went to 3 supermarkets, couldn’t find one in any of ’em. This one we got in a gas station’s convenience store, lucky eh? I’ve been craving this since 2019, 2023 the feeling remains the same. I absolutely can’t get enough of these. The bean curd skins are numbingly spicy, the fish skins are just spicy and salty enough, and the mushrooms cool your mouth back down with strong earthy flavors. One thing tho, I feel like the one I bought isn’t spicy enough compared to the one I had in 2019. I think I’m going to appreciate a higher level of spiciness. But overall, still addictive and managed to give me a bold snacking experience! ♥
