Hey! I just got back from Melbourne! The best part of my trip is that I am finally able to reunite with the love of my life: THE HOLY CHIPS of SCHNITZ!!! OMG! I love love love looooove it! I call it chips from heaven for a reason: it really does taste heavenly! I mean, I think I’ve tried every chips menu in every fast food chain in Australia, but this holy Schnitz’s one is damn addictive. It’s so crunchy and perfectly seasoned that you don’t need anything else to be eaten with. A handful of this diamond cut and beer battered potatoes always managed to sort out my everyday blues. Just a heads-up in case I managed to sell it to you: it takes a while to be prepared and slightly more pricey than other chips. But trust me, it’s worth it. ♥
