I have spent long hours outside during summer walking a lot, so I was looking for sandals with a proper footbed, not regular flip-flops with a completely flat footbed which can easily be a cause of pain at the end of a day. Birkenstock is simply priceless. Right out of the box they were also comfortable, usually they need a little ‘breaking in’ period but not these. Gizeh is always my fave. It has a sexy look for a Birk and looks dressier than other styles. I was enticed by the golden coffee color. It goes with nearly everything I want to wear. Great purchase! I may have to pick up a few more colors coz pretty sure my feet will be very happy and they will thank me for years to come! ♥
